Track recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the ideal candidate profiles.
Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and university recruiting events.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing skills and experience against job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Prepare and deliver compelling offer packages to top candidates.
Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Track recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
Recent graduate with a degree in any discipline.
A background in Human Resources or Psychology is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft excel.
Required skills and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, business, Economics or related field
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience as a recruiter.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
