Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operations of three jewelry stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards and sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to drive store performance, including sales, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve individual and collective goals.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis for each store.
Ensure compliance with company policies, visual merchandising standards, and local regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and market presence.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize store performance.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional strategies with company objectives.
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in jewelry or high-end luxury retail management, with at least 3 years in a multi-store or regional role.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in a luxury retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring diverse teams.
In-depth knowledge of jewelry products, market trends, and customer expectations in the luxury sector.
Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Ability to travel across Saudi Arabia to oversee multiple store locations.
