A proven track record of 2-3 years in a Luxury Hotel environment in a Supervisory or Managerial Front Office role, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
Extensive Proficiency in managing Reservations platforms and bookings across various channels Efficiently.
A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.

Efficiently executes Guest List and Ticket Verification procedures, maintaining a Balance between Exclusivity and Accessibility.

Collaborates closely with the Hostess Team, Floor Managers, and the Reservations Team to ensure fluid communication, seamless guest entry, and precise crowd calibration, guaranteeing every entrance experience is Elevated and aligned with the ‘FIVE-Standard’.
Maintains constant Vigilance over the Entrance Area, promptly addressing any potential Security Concerns or disruptive behaviour.
Collaborates closely with the Security Team to implement proactive measures and Respond Effectively to incidents or emergencies.
Leads by example, embodying Professionalism, integrity, and teamwork in interactions with Door Staff and fellow FIVE Tribe Members.
