Responsibilities
Identify, research, and reach out to suitable influencers on TikTok and Instagram
Negotiate influencer fees, contracts, and deliverables
Draft and manage briefs, agreements, and necessary paperwork
Oversee influencer content production, ensuring it meets technical requirements and brand standards
Coordinate quality control reviews of influencer video submissions
Manage the launch process for up to 50 influencer ads per month
Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a focus on video quality and adherence to technical requirements
Availability to work remotely in a part-time capacity
Preference for candidates based in Latin America
Previous experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media coordination is a plus, though not strictly required
