We are looking for experienced Performance Marketing Specialists or Agency Partners to manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across major social and digital platforms, including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter (X).
This is a remote contract role suitable for individual freelancers, small teams, or boutique agencies with a strong track record in performance marketing.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms
Optimize campaigns to achieve performance targets and ROI objectives
Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve results
Demonstrated success in managing medium to large budgets
Solid understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, and UTM tracking
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with global brands or within an agency environment is preferred
