Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of both strategy and execution. You will be responsible for positioning our brand, creating demand, and driving measurable business results.
This is a hands-on role with the freedom to innovate and the responsibility to deliver.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a marketing strategy from the ground up
- Lead content creation: website copy, case studies, social posts, presentations
- Set up lead generation funnels (ads, landing pages, email sequences, automation)
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs: leads, ROI, engagement, conversions
- Stay updated on AI and digital marketing trends and apply them to campaigns
- Work directly with management on brand positioning and growth roadmap
- Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in marketing
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, paid ads, SEO, and content strategy
- Excellent English (written and spoken) — ability to craft high-quality content
- Skilled in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva
- Self-starter, able to work independently and deliver results - we hate micromanagement, so smart selfdriven heads are what we are looking for
- Bonus: Experience in consulting, IT, or AI industries
