Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution:
Build and schedule email campaigns in Eloqua based on provided briefs and marketing calendars. - Segmentation & Personalization:
Use behavioral and profile data to build segmented lists and dynamic content blocks. - Quality Assurance:
Use Litmus or similar tools to test and QA emails across devices and clients; ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance. - Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. - Content & Automation:
Support newsletters, nurture programs, and triggered email flows. - Documentation:
Maintain clean documentation and campaign folder structure for team transparency and knowledge transfer. - Collaboration:
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to align on deadlines and campaign requirements.
Job Requirements
What Success Looks Like:
Experience:
- 3+ years in email marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation
- Advanced hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua is required
- Strong segmentation experience using shared lists, filters, contact fields, and behavioral data
- Experience using Litmus or similar testing platforms to QA email campaigns
- Working knowledge of email best practices, including mobile-first design, accessibility, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret data and leverage insights for campaign optimization and personalization
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong quality assurance mindset
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills in a remote setting
Nice to Have:
- Eloqua certification
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Google Analytics, or paid ad platforms
- Experience working with professional services or certification-based organizations
