You will also monitor the production-relevant key figures for your area and make a significant contribution to the further development of the corporate culture.What Will You Do - ResponsibilitiesResponsible for creating reports and analyzes using large data pools on production processes and finding solutions with expert teams in the production areaFrom this, identification of the causes of recurring losses and development of corresponding problem-solving strategies as well as development of corresponding standards in order to eliminate them permanently and increase efficiencies in the long termBeing a change agent and adopt Integrated Work System (IWS) mindset which means an organizational capability building strategy aimed at achieving and sustaining breakthrough business results through 100% employee ownership with zero loss mindsetCommunicating frequantly with all stalkholdeers to show his related outputs and required actions while helping to shape the cultural change towards more autonomy and flat hierarchies in the production areaSupporting and coaching the cell in problem solving on the machines and plants, including taking on the line expert role for the initial problem solving (IPS), unified problem solving (UPS) and the standard work processes (SWP) and data analysis using appropriate data analysis tools as well as the RTTAccelerator -ToolsWho We Are Looking For - RequirementsBachelors degree in engineering preferred from an accredited college or university, ideally with further training at HF/FH/Uni levelEnglish - Very GoodKnowledge and experience in dealing with analysis tools and the processing and evaluation of large amounts of data, 3-5 years experience Knowledge of continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN, TPM)Precise and precise way of workingCommunicativeTeam player and independentGood knowledge of MS OfficeIdeally SAP experienceWhat Are The Next Steps - Recruitment ProcessThank you very much for your interest in recruitment.
