Job Description
• Analyze test results and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Investigate non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support ISO and other quality system certifications, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and other quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and apply corrective measures to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities and product performance.
• Lead and manage quality personnel involved in process and final inspections.
• Provide technical guidance and training to quality staff to enhance their skills.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs for continuous skill development.
• Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with applicable specifications and standards.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial quality management.
• Solid understanding of ISO standards and audit processes.
• Experience in sheet metal forming is a plus.
• Familiarity with welding processes and standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of metal painting processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of welding processes is preferred.
• Awareness of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of quality inspectors.
