Job Description
• Handle day-to-day operations and ensure SOP implementation.
• Follow up and control daily productions and ensure a proper start-up and shutdown.
• Review technical requirements for actual manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance and improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production workers, supervisors and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- From 3 to 5 years of previous experience in the manufacturing field.
- Proven experience as a CNC Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC machine setup.
- Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD& SolidWork for production layout and design.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Attention To Detail.
