Qualifications and required experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of sheet metal
• Good knowledge of metalworking techniques such as CNC, laser, and welding.
• Proficiency in technical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• High leadership and organizational skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.


Tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing production lines.
• Preparing production schedules and monitoring their execution efficiently.
• Monitoring cutting, bending, welding, and assembly operations to ensure the final product quality.
• Developing and improving production processes and reducing waste.
• Supervising the overall performance of technicians and workers and ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Coordinating with the design department to ensure the models are executed accurately according to the plans.
• Submitting performance reports and production indicators to management periodically.
