Job Description
Reports To: Sales Manager
Division: Direct Sales
Job Purpose:
To supervise a group of sales consultants, support their daily tasks, and ensure CRM compliance and deal progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily huddles and pipeline reviews.
- Provide field support and join key client meetings.
- Escalate pricing or client issues to management.
- Review daily reports and follow-up activity.

Job Requirements
- 8 years of sales leadership experience in real estate.
- 3 years as team leader with max 2 companies, with average 2 years per each Strong knowledge of sales processes and tools.
- Ability to motivate and lead a small team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
