????Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Train and develop team members to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Execute sales plans and develop new strategies to expand the customer base.
- Arrange with the marketing teams to reach the most proper and effective marketing strategies.
- Represent the company in meetings and presentations with key clients.
Job Requirements
???? Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
- Proficiency in English.
- Solid knowledge of the training market in Egypt and the Arab region.
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational, time-management skills and Decision-making skills.
