About the Company

It is located over a sprawling 15,000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh.
The factory contains state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high accuracy measuring and protection equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Prepare and review sales quotations, order confirmations, and related commercial documents.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
Maintain and regularly update customer databases and sales records.
Support the sales team in preparing technical and commercial tender submissions.
Generate sales activity reports and provide updates to management.
Ensure all sales documentation complies with company standards and customer requirements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written) – mandatory.
Good understanding of sales processes and customer service principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the electrical or industrial sector.
