Job Description

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospective customers outside the office. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, presenting products or services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

1-3 years of proven experience in outdoor specialized in coatings,woods or cars
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven attitude.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
