Job Description
- Manage & Maintenance executive schedules ( appointments, meetings and conferences
- Preparing meetings & agenda and Take minutes
- Organizing & Priorities incoming communication ( emails, phone & calls)
- Preparing reports, presentations
- Maintaining & Organize files and records ( Hard copy and soft copy)
- Follow up office requirements & Maintenance of equipment
- Act as apoint of contact between executive and internal staff and external clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a samilar executive support or high- level as administrative role
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Attention to details & high level of Accuracy
- Proficiency in Ms office program & Google drive ( document & calendar,…..)
