Job Description
Manage & Maintenance executive schedules ( appointments, meetings and conferences)
2-Preparing meetings & agenda and Take minutes
3- Organizing & Priorities incoming communication ( emails, phone & calls)
4- Preparing reports, presentations
5- Maintaining & Organize files and records ( Hard copy and soft copy)
6- Follow up office requirements & Maintenance of equipment
7- Act as apoint of contact between executive and internal staff and external clients
Job Requirements
1- bachelor’s degree in business administration
2- 3-5 years of proven experience in a samilar executive support or high- level as administrative role
3- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
4- Strong organizational & time management skills
5- Attention to details & high level of Accuracy
6- Proficiency in Ms office program & Google drive ( document & calendar,…..)
