Job Description
Egytl is Looking for fresh Graduate Female Executive Secretary :
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Very good
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
Job Requirements
- Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Communicate excellent in English (written and verbal) to interact with international clients, partners, or stakeholders.
- Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Archive and retrieve documents efficiently to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments or vendors to facilitate operational needs.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to support company objectives.
