Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to executive management.
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring easy retrieval and security.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes.
- Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
