Job Description

  • Create and control annual projects such as “Talent Management & succession
  • Planning, Training budget & plan.
  • Design , Revise and maintains organization charts to reflect organizational structure with budget and actual headcounts
  • Control performance management process on a yearly basis
  • Participate in creating the annual objectives and company competencies selected for all positions
  • Develop and implement training programs in support of the strategic plan including Leadership and technology and other training subjects as required.
  • Collaborate with managers in identifying training needs and Researches/recommends training and development programs and activities that are In-line with the overall needs.
  • relating and connecting all functions with the organization strategic goals.

  • Ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel user
  • SAP user is a plus
