- Create and control annual projects such as “Talent Management & succession
- Planning, Training budget & plan.
- Design , Revise and maintains organization charts to reflect organizational structure with budget and actual headcounts
- Control performance management process on a yearly basis
- Participate in creating the annual objectives and company competencies selected for all positions
- Develop and implement training programs in support of the strategic plan including Leadership and technology and other training subjects as required.
- Collaborate with managers in identifying training needs and Researches/recommends training and development programs and activities that are In-line with the overall needs.
