Job Requirements
To lead and drive the sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and grow market share in targeted sectors. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Achieve the agreed Sales target and set a clear KPI.
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify new markets and customer needs, focusing on hygiene and public health sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, and industrial facilities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize product positioning and sales strategies.
Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the company’s range of cleaning and fragrance products.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up on after-sales service.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Track and report KPIs, sales pipeline, and conversion rates using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and R&D to align customer requirements with operational capabilities.
