Job Description
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients across diverse industries with a focus on training and development
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Understand each client's organizational challenges and position our training programs as strategic solutions
- Deliver persuasive, high-impact presentations that communicate the value and ROI of our learning solutions
- Negotiate and close B2B deals while ensuring high client satisfaction and profitability
- Collaborate with Learning & Development, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Analyze sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets in both local and global markets
- Proactively pursue new business leads and explore untapped sectors in need of training services
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipelines and improve conversion rates
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate client management, or business development—preferably within the training industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to tailor solutions to various client profiles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work across cultural boundaries and manage international accounts
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project rollouts when needed
