Job Description
- Conduct customer contact verification by phone and email.
- Maintain CRM lists and ensure accuracy of segmented data.
- Support logistics and coordination for giveaways, printing, and exhibitions.
- Post and schedule approved content on social media channels.
- Assist in preparing and distributing marketing kits and promo materials.
- Coordinate minor content updates on the company website.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Communication and follow-up skills
- Task organization and time management
- Graphic Design experience is a plus
- Video creation and editing experience is a plus
