Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s presence across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content (images, videos, copy) tailored to each platform.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to align visuals and messaging with marketing campaigns.
Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and customer interactions.
Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests.
Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements for engagement and reach.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the HR, consultancy, or professional services sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messages.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
