Job Description
Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Obour City
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with strong skills in social media management, content creation, Shopify store management, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including planning, creating, scheduling, and posting content.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging online presence.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and customer inquiries across all platforms, including WhatsApp.
- Create and record engaging reels and video content from our offline store to highlight products and customer experiences.
- Handle Shopify store management, including writing content for products and collections, updating banners, and managing product images.
- Manage mobile app notifications to keep customers engaged and informed about offers and new products.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to promote products and offers.
- Manage SMS campaigns to communicate directly with customers.
- Work closely and align with the design team to ensure all visuals, banners, and creatives match brand guidelines and campaigns.
- Support in executing marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
Expanded Responsibilities:
- SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize product pages and collections for search engines; create blog content to drive organic traffic.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and partners to expand CAFELAX’s reach.
- Loyalty & Retention Programs: Support in building and managing customer loyalty initiatives and referral programs to increase repeat purchases.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across social media, e-commerce, and campaigns; prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Customer Experience & CRM: Segment customers (new, loyal, inactive) and tailor email/SMS offers to improve engagement and retention.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify store management and e-commerce operations.
- Experience with SEO, content writing, and influencer collaborations.
- Skilled in email marketing, SMS campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven reporting.
- Creative skills in content creation, photography, and videography (especially reels).
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for coffee and lifestyle brands is a plus!
