Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support and manage day-to-day operations across various marketing functions. The ideal candidate is well-spoken and passionate about growth. This role will report to the Marketing supervisor and will be responsible for dealing with external agencies, conducting meetings, and conducting regular market visits to ensure brand presence and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact with external marketing and creative agencies
- Organize and attend meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Conduct frequent field visits to monitor market execution, collect insights, and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and activations
- Track and follow up on agency deliverables and project timelines
- Support internal communication related to marketing initiatives
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions
Job Requirements
- Key skills and experience required
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
· 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or operations
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
· Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented
· Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
