Job Description
- Develop all digital marketing strategies including SEO\SEM.
- Develop a marketing plan and perform market research.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis .
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess goals (KPI and ROI).
- Collaborate with the design team in order to create innovative designs for the social media and marketing campaigns .
- Enhance the company’s awareness in the digital space .
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy .
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices.
- Build an inbound marketing plan .
- Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team.
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Manage & train social media team .
Job Requirements
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Good time-management skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Excellent communication skills.
