Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and profitability.
Lead sales, marketing, distribution, and brand positioning efforts across offline and digital channels.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibilities.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, property owners, and partners.
Identify growth opportunities and lead product or service development initiatives.
Design and implement policies, processes, and operational systems to optimize efficiency.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management or the board.
Provide proactive solutions to business challenges (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, market competition).
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all internal and external dealings.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior executive leadership role.
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, property management, real estate, or related industries.
Strong track record in business development, marketing, distribution, and financial management.
Solid knowledge of business functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in business software, CRM, and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of operations and growth.
Currently living in Alexandria
BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field , MBA is a plus.
