Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Administrative Coordinator to support our government contracting operations. this role will ensure all company filings, certifications, and compliance requirements are met on time while also managing financial documentation and professional correspondence with government agencies, partners, and stakeholders
Job Requirements
Must be Fluent in English ( read, write and conversation)
Key Responsibilities
maintain and track government filings, certifications, and compliance documents
ensure timely submission of renewals, reports, and regulatory requirements
review and organize financial and administrative records related to compliance
draft, proofread, and send professional emails on behalf of the company
make phone calls in English to agencies, partners, and vendors to follow up on compliance and documentation matters
support management with compliance calendars, reminders, and reporting
collaborate across departments to gather documents and ensure accuracy
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, public administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
2+ years of experience in compliance, administration, or office coordination
excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
familiarity with government filings, procurement systems, or financial documentation is a plus
proficiency in Microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook) and document management tool
