Job Description
At Maxify we’re looking for an energetic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team
In this role you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships bringing in new business and making sure our clients receive the best financial services industry
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by providing top-level service and support.
Reach out to new prospects through calls,emails, and social media to generate leads
services, and platforms to clients in a clear and simple way
Understand client needs and financial goals then offer tailored solutions.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
Keep client information updated and accurate in the CRM system.
Work towards monthly and quarterly targets for account openings, deposits, and retention.
Prepare regular performance and client activity reports.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to achieve the best results.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in sales, business development, or relationship management
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-handling abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
CRM experience is an advantage.
Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus
