Job Description
- Prepare operating schedules and vehicle distribution plans according to the needs of different departments.
- Monitor daily vehicle movement and ensure drivers adhere to the specified routes.
- Record and monitor fuel consumption and periodic maintenance for each vehicle.
- Coordinate with authorized maintenance centers to carry out the necessary repairs.
- Conduct periodic technical inspections of cars, identifying minor faults, and following up on their repair
- Maintain accurate records of each vehicle's condition, maintenance history, and previous repairs.
- Monitor license and insurance validity and renew them on a timely basis.
- Prepare periodic reports on fleet status, driver performance, and breakdown rates.
Job Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and common faults.
• Proficiency in using Excel, Google, any fleet tracking system (GPS), and computers in general.
• Valid first-class driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage when hiring.
