Job Requirements
● Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in managerial roles.
● Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management, and email marketing solutions.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
● Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
● Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
● Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
