Job Description

  • Respond to messages on multiple social media platforms for a medical center.
  • Review and respond to comments.
  • Schedule and post content (videos, written posts, graphics).
  • Handle appointment booking.
  • Ability to learn and understand some medical terminology.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing and moderation.
  • Demonstrable experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and snapchat.
  • Ability to use google sheets, docs, and Microsoft office. 
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations (not strict)
