Job Description
- Respond to messages on multiple social media platforms for a medical center.
- Review and respond to comments.
- Schedule and post content (videos, written posts, graphics).
- Handle appointment booking.
- Ability to learn and understand some medical terminology.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing and moderation.
- Demonstrable experience with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and snapchat.
- Ability to use google sheets, docs, and Microsoft office.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations (not strict)
