Job Description
Carina Wear is hiring a Moderator to manage online interactions across our digital platforms. The role involves monitoring comments and messages, ensuring brand voice consistency, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong bilingual typing skills in both Arabic and English, a solid understanding of social media page management, and the ability to maintain a positive online community.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage interactions on our official social media platforms by replying to public comments and private messages in a professional, consistent, and brand-aligned tone.
- Ensure all responses reflect the brand’s voice and maintain professionalism across all social interactions.
- Escalate sensitive cases to the relevant internal departments (Customer Service, HR, Marketing) for proper handling.
- Monitor and report on recurring inquiries, trends, or complaints to support ongoing content and service enhancements.
- Coordinate closely with the customer experience and marketing teams to stay aligned on new updates, campaigns, or product launches that affect communication.
Work Conditions
- Rotational shifts, with the last shift ending at 10:00 PM.
- Two rotational days off per week.
- Hybrid work model: 4 days work-from-home and 1 day from the office (New Cairo location).

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (graduates only).
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in social media moderation, online community management, or a related field.
- Excellent typing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and moderation tools.
- Good command of English language (written and reading).
- High attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to maintain professionalism.
