Xwave is a leading company in swimming pool installation and maintenance, with thriving operations across Dubai, Qatar, and Egypt.
As we expand, we're on the lookout for passionate, creative, and dynamic individuals to join our Egypt team to support marketing and customer service across all our branches.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Creating and publishing engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Managing and growing our social media presence.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email from Dubai, Qatar, and Egypt.
- Following up with leads and clients to support sales and service coordination.
- Collaborating with the design and operations teams to showcase pool projects.
Job Requirements
- Energetic individuals with a passion for marketing and communication.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, and basic video editing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
