Job Description

As an HR Specialist at Spark Systems, you will take full ownership of technical recruitment while also supporting core HR operations and employee engagement efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top tech talent, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. In addition, you will handle day-to-day HR functions, contribute to performance and development initiatives, and help foster a positive, people-first workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies.
  • Write and publish job advertisements on appropriate channels and proactively source candidates through various platforms.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout all recruitment stages.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and practices.
  • Assist in tracking performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development plans.
  • Manage daily HR operations such as attendance, leave tracking, and coordination with payroll.
  • Contribute to employee engagement by supporting internal communication, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong focus on hiring software developers
  • Experience with general HR operations and employee support functions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Previous experience in a technology or startup environment is highly desirable
