Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Customer Support to join our growing team. As a Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key B2B clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned B2B clients.
    • Understand client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Account Growth:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
  • Customer Success:
    • Act as clients' main point of contact, ensuring their needs and issues are resolved promptly.
    • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align products/services with client needs.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate product updates, changes, and relevant information to clients.
    • Provide regular reporting and updates on account performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support in a B2B setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
