Job Description

Location: Remote (Egypt-based)
Position Type: Full-Time

Overview:
We are a rapidly growing collaborative robot (cobot) company looking for a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist based in Egypt. This remote role is ideal for someone with a solid software background, a foundational understanding of robotics, and a strong desire to learn and grow. You will provide first-line support to customers, focusing on programming and software-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for cobot programming and software via email, phone, or chat
  • Assist customers with software setup, updates, and basic troubleshooting
  • Document issues and escalate more complex problems to Tier 2 support when needed
  • Work independently while communicating clearly with global teams
  • Stay up to date on product updates, manuals, and technical documentation
  • Help improve internal support resources and contribute to knowledge base articles

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in software (Python, C++, or other programming languages)
  • Basic understanding of robotics or automation systems (training provided)
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); strong communication skills are a must
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time and tasks without supervision
  • Comfortable working from home with stable internet access
  • Comfortable using both Linux and Windows operating systems
