LogesTechs, one of the leading providers of delivery and warehouse management software in the region, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our clients achieve their goals using our cutting-edge solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Onboarding and Training New Customers: Master our system to provide comprehensive training for new clients.
- Customer Support Throughout Their Journey: Assist clients in resolving technical issues and addressing concerns during their partnership with LogesTechs.
- Bug and Issue Reporting: Report technical issues to the development team using proper channels and detailed documentation.
- Building System Knowledge: Create and maintain a directory of information about our system for internal and customer use.
- Process and System Improvements: Identify and implement enhancements to improve team efficiency and the customer experience.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Contracts and Billing: Prepare contracts for new customers, calculate charges, collect payments, and coordinate billing processes.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer engineering / Industrial engineering.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle customer relationships with professionalism and empathy.
- Experience with customer success, SaaS, or technical support.
