Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven travel consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages and services directly to individuals from the GCC looking to explore Turkey. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel needs and cultural nuances of our clients from the GCC.

Responsibilities

Designing and selling customized travel packages.
Managing bookings and accommodations.
Providing expert travel advice tailored to GCC market preferences.
Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Following up with clients during their visits and upselling.
Updating all necessary information for the database and reports.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience working with clients from KSA or the Gulf region.
Comfortable speaking with Gulf clients and understanding their way of communication.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations for Saudi travelers.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Resides near Sheraton, El Matar, Heliopolis
