Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities within the HORECA sector and expand the client base through proactive outreach and networking.
- Present, promote, and sell food and beverage products to existing and prospective customers in line with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics and supply chain, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of HORECA clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory or segment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Job Requirements
- 1-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the HORECA or food and beverage sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA market dynamics and customer needs.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
