Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally and warmly.

• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Promote new arrivals and in-store offers.

Job Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Interest or experience in the Food & Beverage or HORECA sector is a plus
