Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Training and Oversight: Regular follow-ups with trainees to ensure smooth integration and skill development.
2. Recruitment: Hiring new employees who are the best fit for our client’s requirements. Proficiency in English is mandatory for all our job vacancies, allowing us to target and recruit the most suitable candidates effectively.
3. Administrative Management: Handling administrative tasks, including contract management and coordination with third-party tax, social security, and health insurance services.
4. Operational Tasks: Managing employee sign-ins and sign-outs in Jordan and Egypt, overseeing petty cash, and following up on office invoices.
Job Requirements
●Proficiency in English is a crucial requirement for the HR position
● Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
● Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
● Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
● Thorough knowledge of labor laws
● Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
● Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
● BS in Human Resources or relevant field
