Job Description
We're seeking a proactive Account Manager to drive growth for our Amazon and Walmart accounts. You'll optimize listings, manage inventory, handle customer service, and ensure smooth logistics, while collaborating with teams to boost sales and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze sales, advertising performance, and key metrics to identify trends. Generate regular reports with actionable insights for account and product level improvements using tools like SellerBoard.
- Product Listing & Optimization:
Create and optimize SEO-driven product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms. Coordinate product launches, conduct keyword research with Helium10, and develop A+ Content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC). Manage Amazon Storefronts and Brand Pages for better customer engagement.
- Inventory & Logistics Management:
Work with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels for FBA, AWD, and local warehouses. Monitor and forecast inventory needs, coordinate with carriers for shipments, and resolve delivery issues. Manage FBA shipments, including creation, booking appointments, and delivery control.
- Customer Service & Feedback Management:
Oversee customer reviews and feedback, responding to inquiries and resolving order-related issues. Manage returns, complaints, and refunds to ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain account health metrics (ODR, LSR, cancellation rates).
- Account Health Management:
Monitor account for policy violations and resolve any suspensions or claims. Handle performance notifications, manage cases in Seller Central, and ensure account health remains in good standing.
- Walmart Account Management:
Analyze and optimize product listings and PPC campaigns on Walmart. Collaborate with supply chain teams for smooth labeling and packing and manage WFS shipments to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon, Search Ads, and DSP campaigns
- Strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Minimum of 2 years working with US Based Client
