Job Description

This is a unique role in a B2B food industry company with significant room for growth, learning & advancement. You'll be responsible for implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive B2B lead generation and acquisition.

About You:

  • Your primary career field of interest should be digital marketing and B2B growth strategies.
  • You'll be working directly with the management team, leading initiatives in website optimization, content marketing, CRM management, and B2B outbound/inbound lead acquisition.
  • Technical SEO knowledge and web performance optimization experience is absolutely crucial!
  • You should have hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (ActiveCampaign, Braze).
  • This role encompasses multiple areas including technical SEO optimization, content strategy, link building, cold outreach campaigns, media buying, and CRM funnel management.
  • Excellent command of English language, both spoken & written, is necessary.
  • Previous B2B marketing experience is highly desirable, particularly in food industry or manufacturing sectors.
  • A strategic mindset combined with tactical execution capabilities is important for success in this role.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Technical Website Optimization

  • Monitor and improve website performance
  • Explore new improvements constantly

2. Content Marketing & Blog Optimization

  • Enhance blog visibility and engagement through strategic placement and navigation improvements
  • Develop and implement content strategy with refined keyword targeting
  • Create compelling CTAs and lead capture mechanisms within content
  • Build and maintain a robust content library
  • Manage and grow YouTube channel with product videos and industry content

3. Link Building & Online Presence

  • Develop partnerships with industry blogs and directories for high-quality backlinks
  • Engage with industry influencers for collaborative content opportunities
  • Leverage industry events for link-building and thought leadership

4. Cold Outreach Campaigns

  • Create personalized cold email campaigns targeting relevant B2B prospects
  • Coordinate participation in key industry events (Anuga, Fruit Logistica, SIAL, Gulfood)
  • Implement multi-channel outreach strategies using LinkedIn and other platforms

5. Media Buying & B2B Strategy

  • Manage SEM campaigns (primarily Google Ads) for B2B acquisition
  • Develop social media strategy focused on brand awareness and customer retention
  • Optimize ad spend and ROI across all channels

6. CRM & Funnel Management

  • Build comprehensive CRM funnels for new leads, dropped leads, and existing clients
  • Integrate ERP data for effective lead segmentation
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys across the entire sales cycle

Job Requirements:

 

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or growth roles
  • Proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent (Fluent) English Speaking & Writing Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, business or related field
  • Demonstrated experience with the majority of tools listed above
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making approach
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively & multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with B2B customer acquisition in international markets is a plus
