Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing and content strategies across platforms.
This role requires a creative, strategic, and data-driven professional who can manage everything from content ideation and campaign execution to SEO optimization and paid advertising. You will work directly with leadership and our team to elevate the brand, increase engagement, and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing and content strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Plan and manage monthly marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven decisions
Social Media & Content Management
- Create and manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Write, edit, and proofread high-impact content for social and email marketing
- Ensure a consistent brand voice across platforms
- Collaborate with the content creator team to deliver creative, engaging campaigns
- Brainstorm, ideate, and launch innovative social content formats and campaigns
- Monitor and manage all social media accounts, responding to DMs/comments as needed
Performance Analysis
- Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights
E-commerce & SEO
- Oversee daily product listings and updates on our e-commerce platform
- Optimize product content for searchability and conversion
- Improve and manage SEO performance across website and product listings
- Support digital advertising strategies (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and more)
- Manage PPC campaigns with budget efficiency
Tools & Technical Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools
- Experience with basic design/video tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns for e-commerce or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of content strategy, copywriting, and storytelling
- Excellent English & Arabic communication, writing, and proofreading skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of customer engagement and community management best practices
