Job Description
- Shop Management (Shopify): Maintain and optimize the COVRZ online store, including product listings, pricing strategies, collection structure, and metadata for SEO.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor store KPIs (traffic, CR, ROAS, AOV), analyze customer behavior, and create actionable reports to increase revenue.
- Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with our performance marketing team on Meta Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, and influencer/UGC marketing strategies.
- Product Launches: Plan and manage the launch of new designs and limited editions, ensuring listings, assets, and campaigns are all aligned.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Run A/B tests and implement improvements to enhance the user experience and checkout flow.
- Customer Journey & Experience: Ensure an excellent user experience from landing page to order confirmation. Optimize for both desktop and mobile.
- Print-on-Demand Workflow: Manage and improve fulfillment processes in collaboration with our PoD partner (Podbase), ensuring smooth order flow and accurate delivery tracking.
- Tool & App Management: Oversee integrations like review tools, email automation, upsell apps, and analytics plugins.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing a Shopify store or similar e-commerce platform
- Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and performance marketing fundamentals
- Hands-on mindset with a sharp eye for detail and UX
- Experience with print-on-demand or dropshipping models is a big plus
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
