We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality real estate leads through smart, strategic use of paid digital advertising—especially on Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage and scale PPC campaigns to generate high-intent real estate leads within budget.
- Write compelling ad copy, select relevant keywords, and continuously A/B test ad creatives and landing page variations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with business goals and market trends.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide insights and recommendations to improve results (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate).
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure the best possible return on investment.
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics regularly, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Support social media paid ad campaigns when needed (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for multi-channel lead generation.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and performance-driven lead generation.
- Deep understanding of PPC campaign management, especially for real estate or high-value industries.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and landing page builders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
- Excellent copywriting skills for ad content, headlines, and CTAs.
- Knowledge of the real estate market is a major advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with automation tools like Zapier, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), or custom pixel/event tracking.
- Familiarity with real estate portals and digital campaign compliance in the UAE or global markets.
