Job Description

Location: Remote

We're looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality real estate leads through smart, strategic use of paid digital advertising—especially on Google Ads and other PPC platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Manage and scale PPC campaigns to generate high-intent real estate leads within budget.
  • Write compelling ad copy, select relevant keywords, and continuously A/B test ad creatives and landing page variations.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with business goals and market trends.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide insights and recommendations to improve results (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate).
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure the best possible return on investment.
  • Stay current on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Report on KPIs and performance metrics regularly, translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Support social media paid ad campaigns when needed (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for multi-channel lead generation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and performance-driven lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of PPC campaign management, especially for real estate or high-value industries.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and landing page builders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategy.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ad content, headlines, and CTAs.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is a major advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  Location: Remote

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), or custom pixel/event tracking.
  • Familiarity with real estate portals and digital campaign compliance in the UAE or global markets.
