Success in this role means building a solid operational foundation that enables the sales team to perform at their best. The Sales Operations Supervisor will ensure that sales processes are well-defined, CRM systems are accurately maintained, and performance reports are delivered with clarity and consistency.
The role involves identifying gaps, improving workflows, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales and other departments. In addition, the Sales Operations Supervisor will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and supporting revenue growth
Success is reflected in increased efficiency, better decision-making through data, a more productive and focused sales force, and measurable growth in customer base and revenue.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team management role.
- Proven experience in sales operations or support within the retail, consumer finance, or telecommunications industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prefer own a car and be flexible with travel if required.
