Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Senior Specialist/Supervisor to optimize and support our sales team's effectiveness. This role will focus on improving sales processes, managing data and reporting, ensuring CRM integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process & Performance Optimization:
Design, implement, and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
CRM Management:
Maintain and improve the use of CRM tools (e.g., Engaaz), ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and process alignment.
Reporting & Analytics:
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and performance trends for leadership.
Sales Forecasting:
Partner with sales leaders to create accurate forecasts and monitor pipeline health.
Territory & Quota Management:
Design and maintain territory assignments and quota structures aligned with company goals.
Contract Reviewing and Processing :
Review the contracts and finalize them with the legal department.
Compensation & Incentives:
Support the design and administration of commission plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle.
Team Support & Enablement:
Provide insights and tools that help sales reps close deals more effectively and efficiently.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations ( Real Estate Background is a Must )
Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Experience working with sales compensation and forecasting models
