Job Description
Execute and process sales orders after reviewing purchase requests and approved quotations.
Handle different types of sales orders from distribution companies and key accounts.
Coordinate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and special requirements.
Plan and organize daily delivery routes to ensure timely dispatch and optimized logistics.
Generate and manage electronic invoices in compliance with company and tax authority requirements.
Follow up with internal departments (logistics, finance, and warehouse) to ensure order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain to avoid order delays.
Assist in preparing sales performance reports and dashboards for management review.
Support the sales team with documentation, proposal formatting, and administrative tasks.
Ensure all processes align with internal policies and customer agreements.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
